Public lecture  with Professor Benedikt Harzl of the University of Graz

At the invitation of the Faculty of Law of Tbilisi State University and the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence, Professor Benedikt Harzl of the University of Graz visited Tbilisi State University on March 11, 2025.

Professor Irine Kurdadze expressed gratitude to the Austrian colleague and expressed hope that such meetings would continue to be held in the future.

Mr. Benedikt delivered a lecture to students on the topic of 'European Integration.' Professor Harzl spoke to the students about the legal challenges and opportunities on the path to European integration; also about Ukraine's prospects for EU membership and the legal aspects of the right to defense, according to the founding documents of NATO and the EU.
